VoltLithX LiFePO4 Deep-Cycle Batteries

For deep-cycle RV, marine, off-grid, and mobile-power use.

What charger should I use with a 12V VoltLithX LiFePO4 battery?

Use a dedicated LiFePO4 charger. For 12V VoltLithX batteries, the recommended charging voltage is 14.6V plus or minus 0.2V. Do not use a charger with a desulfation or equalization mode.

Can I use a VoltLithX deep-cycle battery to start a gasoline engine?

No. VoltLithX deep-cycle batteries are designed for sustained power, not engine cranking. Use a starting battery rated for the vehicle's required CCA when engine starting is needed.

Can the battery be mounted in any position?

Yes. A LiFePO4 battery may be installed in any orientation when it is securely mounted and its terminals are protected from accidental contact.

How long can a VoltLithX LiFePO4 battery last?

VoltLithX LiFePO4 batteries are designed for approximately 4,000 to 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge. Actual life depends on charging practice, load, temperature, and installation conditions.

What temperature range is suitable for LiFePO4 use?

Charge between 32°F and 113°F (0°C to 45°C). Discharge between -4°F and 140°F (-20°C to 60°C). Do not charge below freezing unless the product specifically provides low-temperature charging protection.

How should I store a LiFePO4 battery?

Store the battery in a cool, dry location at approximately 50% to 70% state of charge. Check and recharge it every 3 to 6 months during long-term storage.

Can I mix batteries with different brands, capacities, or ages?

No. Do not mix different battery brands, capacities, ages, or chemistries in one bank. For series or parallel systems, use matched batteries and fully charge them before connection.

What should I do if the battery reads 0V?

A 0V reading may indicate that the BMS has entered protection mode. Disconnect the battery from loads, inspect the installation, and measure voltage at the terminals. Do not bypass the BMS. Contact All Temp Energy support if the battery does not recover after correct troubleshooting.

AGM / SLA Starting Batteries

For vehicle starting applications where the correct group size and CCA rating are required.

Can an AGM starting battery crank an engine?

Yes, when the battery is rated for the vehicle's required cold-cranking amps (CCA). Match the battery group size, terminal layout, and CCA requirement to the application.

What charger should I use with an AGM or SLA battery?

Use a charger designed for AGM or sealed lead-acid batteries and follow the battery label or owner manual. Do not use a LiFePO4 charging profile on an AGM or SLA battery.

How long does an AGM starting battery typically last?

Typical AGM service life is about 3 to 5 years, with roughly 300 to 500 cycles depending on the model, vehicle use, charging system, and climate. Refer to the specific product documentation for its exact specification.

Can I use an AGM starting battery for deep-cycle house loads?

Starting batteries are built primarily for high-current engine cranking. For repeated deep discharge or house-power use, select a battery designed for deep-cycle service.

Sodium-Ion Batteries

Sodium-ion operating details are model-specific.

Where can I find sodium-ion charging, storage, and temperature guidance?

Follow the label and documentation supplied with your exact sodium-ion product. All Temp Energy is finalizing detailed product guidance for these models; contact support before using a charger or installing the battery in a new application.

Can I use a sodium-ion battery as a direct replacement for another battery type?

Only when the product's voltage, terminal layout, charging requirements, and application rating have been verified. Contact All Temp Energy with your vehicle or system details before converting to a different battery chemistry.

All Temp BMS App & Monitoring

Does the battery support Bluetooth monitoring?

Bluetooth monitoring is available only on supported models. Check the product page or packaging for compatibility, then use the All Temp BMS App for supported batteries.

Why will the All Temp BMS App not connect?

Turn on Bluetooth, stay close to the battery, and confirm the battery is not at 0V or in protection mode. Force-close and reopen the app, allow Bluetooth and location permissions where required, and make sure another phone is not already connected.

Can more than one phone connect to a battery at the same time?

No. Only one phone can be connected to a battery at a time. Disconnect any nearby phone that is already connected before trying again.

Why can a cell imbalance or over-voltage message appear near 100%?

Small cell-voltage differences can become more visible near full charge while the BMS balances the top cells. If an alert continues after several correct full charge cycles, contact support.

Warranty & Product Support

What information should I provide for a warranty or support request?

Please provide the product model, QR code or serial information, charger details, fault message or app screenshot, purchase location, and approximate purchase date. Photos of the installation can also help our team review the issue.

When should I contact support?

Contact support if a battery will not charge with the correct charger, repeatedly enters protection mode, shows an unexplained app alert, has damaged terminals or casing, or does not perform as expected after basic troubleshooting.

Where can I find the formal warranty terms?

Warranty coverage depends on the exact product and purchase documentation. For warranty assistance, contact All Temp Energy with your product details and proof of purchase. Our team will guide you through the applicable support process.
